Steps and facts
- Open Configuration โ Website sitemap in the correct workspace. Enter the full public sitemap URL (XML, gzip, or sitemap index), then click Import pages.
- For Zegashop the advertised sitemap is https://www.zegashop.com/sitemap.xml. Each organization imports its own website.
- Imports run in the background and survive closing the page. Review page counts, failed addresses and the latest page previews. Pause, resume or retry failed pages as needed.
- Up to 100,000 pages and 1,000 sitemap files can be discovered per import. A limit warning means the import is incomplete. Protected pages and robots.txt exclusions are not imported.
- After completion, review and click Publish. Existing knowledge and FAQ remain available. Republishing the same site replaces the previous website snapshot only.
- Ask a product or service question in Website Chat โ Test chat. Relevant recommendations can show up to six cards with real page links and available images. Missing prices are not invented.
- Website data is a snapshot. Import and publish again after important changes. JavaScript-only pages may require CSV or text knowledge instead. AI sending and CRM still follow the workspace settings.
- A sitemap already added cannot be imported again with Import pages. Use Reimport on its existing preview to create an updated draft. The published snapshot remains available until the new import is complete, reviewed and published. While an import is running or paused, finish or resume it before reimporting.
