Steps and facts
- Open Billing & Usage. Balance is total credit; Reserved covers requests in progress; Available is the amount that can be spent.
- AI services are supplied by CatchGrow and billed from workspace credit. New workspaces receive the configured one-time $0.50 starting credit; existing workspaces do not automatically receive it again.
- Owners and admins can add funds in USD through Stripe when online payment is available. Follow the minimum and maximum shown in the interface.
- After checkout, verify the confirmed payment in Payment history and the new Available balance. A return from Stripe alone does not confirm success.
- Review Usage summary by date, provider, model, channel and service; check Balance history for credits, charges and adjustments. Billing dates use UTC.
- A low balance, usage limit or pause can stop new AI work. Refunds and disputes can reduce credit or create an outstanding amount that later funds cover first.
- A website's size is not the same as chat usage. Each answer retrieves relevant content rather than sending the whole site. An additional sitemap-page tariff is not currently published; do not invent plan prices or fees.
