Steps and facts

  1. Who is CatchGrow for? Businesses that receive customer questions, qualify requests and coordinate sales or support can test a focused workflow. Fit depends on the business and the quality of its knowledge.
  2. Will it replace our whole team? It can handle approved routine information and organize requests, while teammates review exceptions and take over conversations.
  3. Can it guarantee sales? No. Outcomes depend on traffic, offers, data quality, setup and human follow-through.
  4. Can we use our website as knowledge? Yes, through a public sitemap import. JavaScript-only or protected pages may need text or CSV instead. Imported pages are snapshots, not automatically live inventory.
  5. Can FAQ, files and sitemap work together? Yes. Cross-source product deduplication and explicit price/stock precedence still require further work; avoid conflicting sources.
  6. Can customers talk instead of type? The website widget has browser voice controls. Provider-based voice and telephone integrations are separate and must be configured and tested.
  7. Does every channel work immediately? No. Each provider's permissions, account setup, review, subscriptions and sending rules must be satisfied and tested.
  8. Can we connect Bitrix24? The lead connector is available for configured portals. The current local app pilot is not a universal marketplace installation.
  9. Can it give real-time order or appointment status? Only if a supported authorized integration supplies that specific verified fact. Do not assume it from a lead stage or website text.
  10. How do we start? Create a workspace, check balance, publish knowledge, test one channel in Draft only and review a small set of real questions before enabling eligible AI sending.
  11. Can the AI book an appointment? Connect Google Calendar in Configuration, select a writable calendar and configure hours. Enable AI booking and Semi-auto sending. The AI checks availability, offers alternatives and creates the event only after explicit confirmation and another availability check. Test one real appointment after Google authorization.
