CatchGrow respects your privacy and provides a way to request deletion of personal information associated with CatchGrow and supported third-party integrations.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like CatchGrow to delete personal information associated with you or your account, please send a data deletion request to:
Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or data, such as:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your organization or business name, if applicable.
- The Facebook Page, Instagram account, or other connected account involved, if applicable.
- A brief description of the data you would like deleted.
Facebook and Instagram Data
If you have interacted with CatchGrow through Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta service, you may request deletion of information received or stored by CatchGrow in connection with that interaction.
If you are a CatchGrow business customer, you may also request deletion of stored information associated with Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts that you previously connected to your CatchGrow workspace.
Disconnecting a Meta Account
Disconnecting CatchGrow from Facebook or Instagram may stop future access to the connected account, but it does not necessarily delete information that was previously stored by CatchGrow.
To request deletion of previously stored information, please submit a data deletion request using the instructions above.
What Happens After a Request
- We receive and review your deletion request.<
- We may contact you to verify your identity or authority over the relevant account.
- We identify the personal information associated with the verified request.
- We delete or anonymize eligible information from our systems.
- We may retain information where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate legal obligations.
Business Customer Data
CatchGrow provides services to businesses. If you communicated with a business that uses CatchGrow, that business may control certain information associated with your conversation or customer relationship.
In those situations, we may direct your request to the relevant business or work with that business to respond to the request where appropriate.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
